Month: March 2020

A quick note of thanks from us

It’s been a strange week for all of us and I am grateful to you for being kind and understanding to our teams as we work to get your groceries to you. To our teams who are working with limited supplies, resources and inventory to reach as many of you as we can. To our partners and suppliers who are doing their best everyday. To everyone for staying calm, staying kind, and staying home.

Most of all, our hearts and thoughts go out to all the people who have been affected by this, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this situation.

We all live here in Malaysia. Together, we will be good. For now, my team and I are here to help. Be safe, stay home and let us all hope for a swift resolution and triumph over the worst parts of this global pandemic.

Coming together, for each other

Together, we do better.

Hello.

I am writing to you today as MyGroser works hard on delivering orders for consumers and businesses across the Klang Valley. We know you are worried, and we are here to help.

As many of us grapple with the reality of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are facing fear, uncertainty, and looking for ways to protect ourselves and our families.

In times like these especially, we see many residents across the Klang Valley turning to us with questions as well as orders for their groceries.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to all the people who have been affected by this, and we appreciate the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this coronavirus. Please know that we are monitoring the situation and have precautions in place to protect you and our teams.

Before I get to that however, I also wanted to offer my thanks and the gratitude of our teams to many of you.

As we have seen an unexpected rise in demand for our services, we have been working to meet higher volumes of demand for products and greater numbers of deliveries. Occasionally, we have been delayed in getting to you – sometimes by up to an hour. We have been fortunate that our consumers – people like you – have been kind and understanding to the effort we are putting in. We hope to continue working, improving and serving you day-to-day through this health emergency and beyond it.

Now, I’m going to answer a few of the questions we have been asked here so everyone gains peace of mind.
